Co-Creators Ladd Forsline and Bernadette Ward, Colorfin LLC, have grown these products, originally introduced in 2007, into important companion products for pastel and mixed media artists alike. PanPastel Colors are professional artist quality soft pastel colors packed in a unique pan format. Sofft Tools, made from specially formulated micropore sponge, when used with PanPastel Colors, gives artists the opportunity to blend and apply pastel (dry) color like paint — something that’s never been possible before! GOLDEN Authorized Reseller Agreement

Dear GOLDEN Retailers,

GOLDEN is pleased to announce the implementation of Authorized Reseller Agreements. These Agreements will enable us to have visibility of our sales channels in order to qualify and authorize (or not) each existing and potential retailer of our products.

We are implementing this requirement in order to support both our retail partners and our product consumers. Resellers with whom we wish to engage are required to meet criteria designed to ensure transparency, positive brand presentation, consistent product information and customer support during and after the sale. Consumers purchasing through Authorized Resellers can expect easier communication and product support, as the need arises, with either the Reseller or GOLDEN.

In the current environment, it is well known that some resellers profit by undercutting those honoring minimum advertised pricing policies. This is not fair to those retailers investing in the resources required to provide excellent brand representation which results in the experience our customers deserve. Implementation of these Agreements should allow us to address this issue.

Please carefully review the Agreement by downloading it below. As of December 1, 2022, GOLDEN will be providing our Distributors with a list of Authorized Resellers to whom they may only supply.
