Maximum Flexibility and Soft Hand
Flex Fabric Screen Printing Inks have been designed to resist cracking or peeling when used on fabrics with stretch, whether printing on a t-shirt or a pair of biking shorts. Finished results are soft to the touch and will maintain their vibrant color for the life of the garment. Creatives can confidently use Flex on cotton, cotton blends, polyester, rayon, and other synthetic fabrics.
Uniquely Formulated – Learn How to Use Them for Best Results
Speedball Flex Fabric Screen Printing Inks should be allowed to dry overnight prior to heat setting. Rushing the drying process may lead to issues such an under cured ink, poor adhesive, or ink cracking after washing.
Please see the fabric types below to determine the recommended temperature and time to properly heat-set Flex.
- 100% Cotton: 300°F for 1 minute
- Tri blend: 300°F for 1 minute
- Polyester blend: 300°F for 40 seconds
Always use a piece of parchment paper to cover the printed project when heat setting whether doing so with a heat press or iron. This will prevent the ink from sticking to the heating element and to ensure even heat distribution.

Screen Printing Display Refresh Coming March 2024!
We are giving our screen printing displays a refresh to make room for Flex. Updates to the displays will focus on color and the key tools needed for screen printing. New headers will showcase imagery specific to screen printing as well as a QR code to inspire. By relocating the UPC Codes to the backside of the channel strips, updated labels will feature larger color swatches and helpful icons to note use for either paper or fabric printing.
