We are pleased to announce that we have agreed to resume shipments for a second range of SKUs totaling 337 items that we had elected to turn off back in March as a result of unprecedented demand, supply chain challenges, and increasing labor force constraints. These items are Heavy Body (HB) colors in the sizes of 8oz (236ml), 32oz (946ml), and 128oz (3.78L).
We are currently accepting pre-order requirements for the items noted and included in this communication. First shipments of these items will commence on Monday, January 3rd, and will continue through the month of January until all demand is fulfilled. We encourage you to submit separate orders for these items given the January ship start.
We will continue to assess the remaining items shut off for activation and will restart as rapidly as we can.
Product Updates: PB60 Items in Williamsburg
As you know, supply of PB60 pigment has once again become available in the grade we require for fine art applications. As a result, we have begun manufacturing items containing this pigment.
We are happy to share the news that items containing PB60 within the Williamsburg Handmade Oils range will be available to order beginning on Monday, November 8th. See the full list of impacted SKUs below.
2021 Artist Residency Wrap-up
Our 2021 residency season has come to a close; 5 sessions of artists this year, jammed into a tight season from May through October. The Barn had once again filled its studios with talent, passion and vigor from 15 artists, after a long hiatus in 2020. We are so thankful to the artists who joined us this year, with moving schedules, feelings of uncertainty and uneasiness, we pushed through together.
Since we thought it best to hold off on our usual Open Studios with the community this year, we created a series of videos, with the talented Lukas Korver, to showcase the artists in residence in their studios. These Virtual Open Studios can be viewed on our website under current residents.
